About Reiki

Reiki is a method of relaxation and stress reduction, which helps the body to heal itself. The technique is a simple and easy to learn method that naturally brings harmony and balance in body and soul. Your energy stores replenished, and blockages in the energy flow is dissolved so that the natural energy can flow freely. Emotional and mental patterns change.

Reiki is a Japanese healing form that can be translated to Universal Life Energy. It is a treatment that has been used for thousands of years.

A healing treatment is a hands-on process and takes about an hour. The heat and energy that flows through the hands dissolves blockages and the receiver goes into a deep relaxation. Feelings, physical sensations, images and thoughts can come to the surface and release insights on what the feelings and thought patterns that are an obstacle for you in your life.
